Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers in all spaces and corridors, as well as soap and disposable paper dispensers in all toilets.
Staff access, both internal and external, with at least one of these options:
- Detection with rapid antibody tests.
- Taking the temperature.
Mandatory use of a mask and gloves for all the staff.
- Access control by trained and qualified staff.
- Capacity. Thanks to the characteristics and dimensions of our rooms, we will always adapt the capacity to current regulations.
- The cleaning staff will be increased to guarantee the continuous disinfection of the rooms.
We recommend:
- Depending on the capacity of the event, one or two access controls.
- Staggered arrival of attendees, trying to avoid accumulation and queuing at the access.
- Taking temperature to all attendees before accessing the venue.
- Use of mask for all attendees.
- Maintain large spaces, with little furniture, so that we can favor attendees with the recommended social distance measures.
- Use of outside area, whenever possible.
- Do not use the wardrobe.
Fortunately, we are having few cancellations and most of our clients are postponing their events. For all of them we are saving 100% of their deposits for the new dates.
For those who have not had the possibility to postpone the event we are proceeding to return full deposit.
